By accessing the TFP website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

TFP provides marketing, strategy, content, promotion, and chatter operations services for content creators on platforms including OnlyFans and Fansly. The scope of work for each engagement is defined in a separate service agreement.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely materials needed to deliver services.
• Maintain compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you use.
• Honor agreed payment terms.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your brand assets and original content. TFP retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, templates, and methodologies. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed to you for unlimited internal use.

Payment

Fees, billing cadence, and refund eligibility are defined in your service agreement. Late payments may incur fees and pause active work.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement strictly confidential.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TFP's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. TFP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate with the notice period specified in the service agreement. Fees for work completed are non-refundable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
